Main Area of Experience
Mr. Jacky Yuen has extensive experience in handling matrimonial and criminal cases. In relation to matrimonial cases, he protects the ultimate interest of clients including but not limited to interest in properties and family assets. Further, he handled number of cross border divorce cases, such as serving divorce documents by substituted service and illegitimate children cases. Regarding the handling of criminal cases, he is able to arrive at police stations within short period of notice to protect clients’ best interest. He also has experience in handling number of ICAC cases, different hierarchy of Court trials, taking statements at police stations, bail applications and mitigations.
